Order Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within one hour of submitting your order. We do our best to get started on your order right away, and if your request is not made inside this window we may not be able to accommodate your request.
Lost Packages
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages when tracking has been marked delivered, but please contact us as we will do everything we can to help track the item down. Most often, your order will show up within a week of tracking showing delivered. If you have any other problems with tracking or delivery, feel free to reach out to us at hello@florafloraco.com and we will do our best to help!
